Privacy policy

Purpose

We use your data only to answer your request: contacting you, preparing a quote and following up. We do not use it for marketing and we never sell it.

Lawful basis

Processing is needed to take steps at your request before any contract, and you consent when you send the form. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal.

Data we keep

• Name and mobile number.
• Company name, city and number of branches, if you enter them.
• Your message and the service you are interested in.
• IP address and time of sending, to protect the form from abuse.

Retention

We keep a request for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete or anonymise it, unless it becomes a contract, in which case the legal retention periods for contracts and invoices apply.

Who sees your data

• Only the Al Jawad Group sales and management team.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare (site protection and the check that the sender is not a bot), as processors acting on our behalf and instructions.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form on this website, mentioning the mobile number you used; we reply within 30 days.
